Periotherapia Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has been selected for the Expand Stage of Global Startup Support, a program operated by The Japan Medical Innovation Foundation, which is based at Nakanoshima Qross in Osaka. Seven startups were selected from 14 applicants.

Global Startup Support is designed to support the international expansion of startups in drug discovery and regenerative medicine. According to the organizer, planned support includes opportunities to travel to major life sciences events in Europe and the United States, on-site business matching, and business development support and mentoring in Japan.

Periotherapia is developing PT0101, an antibody therapeutic candidate targeting the tumor microenvironment, with the aim of overcoming resistance to cancer treatment. Through this opportunity, we will work to build relationships with partners and stakeholders in Japan and overseas that support the global development of PT0101.
